Renowned for his breathtaking animal illusions, Johannes Stötter has captivated audiences worldwide with creations like The Chameleon, the seaturtle, the parrot, and the frog, where several individuals seamlessly merge into the form of a beast. Now, just before he went to a big Show in the USA, he unveils his newest creation, drawing inspiration once again from the mesmerizing world of animals.

Johannes Stoetter's appearance at the America's Got Talent judges' audition came just after the release of his new illusion. This audition is the step to the semi-final of the world's most important talent show. All the new talents recorded in Los Angeles will be broadcast over the next few months. Then we will find out if the judges Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum, Howie Mandel and Sofía Vergara will ask Johannes to come back and perform in the next round.

Some behind-the-scenes footage of the WB production team at another prestigious Indian event in New Delhi. It took the local production a month to build 2 locations on a golf course outside the city. The wedding anniversary was hosted by the Singh family, owners of India's largest commercial property development company, DLF. We were proud to be there with our team and also had the opportunity to shoot behind the scenes.

The body painting installation marked a fusion of art and fashion that left an indelible impression in the world of fashion.

The journey began with an exclusive TV interview held in Vanessa Noel's luxurious store, where the WB-Production team shared their vision and passion for the intersection of fashion and art. The interview, broadcasted LIVE on "Good Day NY," served as a captivating prelude to the gala evening at the Metropolitan Club on the Upper East Side.

In the world of bodypainting, the World Bodypainting Festival (WBF) has always stood as the ultimate celebration of creativity and artistic expression. As we reflect on our journey, the 25th WBF marked a pivotal moment for us as organizers. It signified a turning point as we embarked on an exciting new chapter.

Our goal was clear: to transform the established and proven outdoor event format into a cutting-edge, weather-independent, indoor experience. For the first time in the history of the WBF, from September 26th to 30th, 2023, we moved to the Messearena Klagenfurt.

This new format, with a strong focus on bodypainting, make-up art, as well as on photography, was a resounding success with participants from 42 nations. Initial doubts were swiftly dispelled and transformed into a positive vibe, thanks to the spectacular transformation of the Messearena, centered around the theme "Welcome to Wonderland."

Italian artist Elena Tagliapietra directed an outstanding installation in St. Mark's Square in Venice on February 25.

Feber 25 is the anniversary of a young love that went wrong when the daughter of a nobleman fell in love with a poor soldier. The romance ended with the death of the two young men, with the young man's last gesture being to give her a rose. The love story and the resulting Day of the Rose on February 25 is older than Valentine's Day and one of the many mysteries and stories Venice has to tell.

The company Roladin from Israel wanted to have a very crazy advertisement from us. The result is a TV commercial and a poster campaign with a body painting illusion by WB Production artist Johannes Stoetter. The campaign was produced especially for the Jewish festival Hanukkah. We at WB Production gathered a great team for the client Roladin and produced this campaign in Klagenfurt (Austria) under the title "Follow Your Art".

We from WB Production are very proud to have realised for Canopy , the award-winning international environmental not-for-profit organization, with WB Production world-renowned bodypainting artist Filippo ioco a series of evocative images that camouflage models into the iconic forest landscapes of British Columbia. The climate-inspired statement hopes to spur action from policymakers and corporations to protect the world’s Ancient and Endangered Forests.

The WB Production Team did incredible to produce the 25th anniversary of the World Bodypainting Festival in Klagenfurt, Austria last July.

After a long break due to the corona pandemic, our WB-Production team was very happy to be able to organize the French Bodypainting Awards in Paris. The 52nd Les Nouvelles Esthétiques took place in the spectacular new hall at the port de versailles congress center.

We are extremely happy about the great new Wörthersee magazine "COLOURS OF WÖRTHERSEE". Body painting art by WB Production artists Filippo Ioco and Birgit Mörtl adorn the cover and content of the lifestyle magazine for the 2022 season. The art project was created in our WB Production studio with photographer Karlheinz Fessl.

Every year in October there are the largest awards in the Latin American film industry, nameley the Platino Awards. We were invited in Madrid with our crew and WB Production Artist Johannes Stoetter to perform his impressive animal iluusions at the big award ceremony. We also created a making off video afterwards, showing how the Bali Tiger he showed at the show is created.

 It’s now been the 24th World Bodypainting Festival we have been organizing and once again it was a very different experience. The pandemic lasts another season so we decided to organize beside the World Championships and Special Awards online, many more activities on-site in the host city Klagenfurt.
We have seen a lot of programs within the festival week from 18 – 24 July and everything went very well.

The World Bodypainting Festival is the highlight and flagship event of our company WB Production. Last year the COVID pandemic forced us to produce the festival in a hybrid form and, sadly, we also had to go that way in 2021. Where usually artists from over 45 nations gather in Klagenfurt to take part in the world championships, where usually thousands of people celebrate together and experience art space with the right beats, that is where these days only smaller projects across the city of Klagenfurt can happen.

Austrian Event Award 2019 – With 2 trophies one of the most successful agencies in Austria!

With its 23 years, the World Bodypainting Festival, organized by the agency WB Production looks on the same long tradition as the renowned Austrian Event Award. The award honours year by year the best Austrian events and agencies behind them.  The unique trophies were handed over to winners in 9 categories at this year's gala on 4^th December at the Designcenter Linz. WB Production was nominated as the only Carinthian agency in 2 categories and thus among the most successful agencies this year.

It's the joy, creativity and passion we are working on our projects and which also reflects on outstanding results as an event and artist agency. We are particularly proud to be nominated for 2 of our projects for the prestigious Austrian Event Award 2019.

Our WB Production artist Johannes Stoetter was invited to perform on the Chinese Talent Show "Beyond Show" produced by JSBC. Johannes became famous around the world with his animal illusions. With a crew of 16 people including assistants and performers, this #wbproduction team flew to Nanjing to record this spectacular live performance. The performance of Johannes not only showed his brilliant bodypainting illusions but also brought awareness to the viewers about extinct and endangered species on our planet.

The WB-Production team was back in India for another spectacular event, a wedding pre-party in a Bollywood Studio in Mumbai for Shloka Mehta and Akash Ambani, son of Indian richest industry magnat and #13 on the forbes list of the world's richest people. We designed our performance characters, especially for this themed party.

The WB-Production Team took part in the New Delhi Luxury Design Week in INDIA 2019. Our client requested us to create a story around the "Color of the Year" for Asian Paints, Indian's leading and Asian third largest paint company.  

For STORK Umweltdienste Germany we were asked to implement on their huge company grounds with WB Production Artist Johannes Stötter their 2019 calendar.

When the German agency Mark_Ad asked us from WB-Production if we could produce a commercial for their client ADAMA, we were thrilled and got right away the best of our team together.

It was indeed one of the most spectacular weddings of the year 2018 in India and our WB Production team was an impressive element of the multiple days happening in the royal palace in Jodhpur and the incredible Mehrangarh Fort. The wedding couple: Sahir Berry  and Savitri Singh of DLF Group.

The World Bodypainting Festival – artistic, internationally unique, extravagant and now also awarded with a GOLDEN Prize!

The EU Water Conference in Vienna, held on 20 September 2018, pointed to the poor state of European waters. WB Production artist Bella Volen was performing for the World Wildlife Fund, WWF Austria in the courtyard of the Museums quarter to gain attention to the threatened biodiversity in the rivers.

The world's most important footwear show MICAM Milano asked us to perform a bodypainting illusion during the 3 days exhibition. Bodypainting Illusion Artist Johannes Stoetter performed the  👠 HIGHHEEL first for the opening show and then for the general audience.

The Ukraine is since some years a focus for WB-Production's activities. With the great co-operation of companies in Kiev and the interest of the media in what we do, we were able to perform an intense week including a press conference. Followed the day later by a talk of CEO Alex Barendregt at the elite technology campus "Unit.City" and then first Ukrainian Bodypainting Awards fully produced by WB Production.

We were able to shoot a creative promotion video clip in the factory halls of the Klagenfurt based steel company Filli Stahl. Beside the classic steel products, the company is also providing high quality laser cuttings for their clients. The clip came along with a photo shooting series, that was used to create social media content as well as classic on- and offline promotions for the leading steel company in the region. We wanted to merge the use of hard steel, preсise laser cutting work and modern technology with the creative and preсise work of a bodypainter on a soft and delicate skin of the model.

Saudi King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman attended the ground-breaking ceremony on April 28 of a vast entertainment resort that is at the heart of an ambitious strategy to open the economy and ease social restrictions. There was a big team sent for the openting from Austria. The 12 members strong WB Production team was led by multi talented artist Birgit Moertl (Headartist).

A fantastic new program takes place within the WB-Academy just a day before the main days of the World Bodypainting Festival 2018 presented by The Powder Group hosted by Michael DeVellis.

WB Production just finished a full week workshop and network program in the Ukrainian capital Kiev. We are now very happy to announce many more activities coming up in this interesting and beauty driven country. Besides education programs throughout the year, the big highlight in 2018 is going to be the first sanctioned competition "Ukrainian Bodypainting Awards".

The German TV Station Pro7 was looking for some outstanding creative Lip Art for their new show “Kiss-Bang-Love”.
Our WB Production make-up artist team with  Matilda Inozemtseva and Marzia Bedeschi created various designs for the social media campaign.

The University of Applied Sciences in Carinthia, Austria called for a film project for their new YouTube activities.

The WBA bodypainting contest within the Beauty Forum in Munich highlighted the 28th of October 2017. The WB Production Team has been organizing this competition since 2010 and every year we are amazed by the impressive high-level Bodypainting art.

The Festival has been part of the local festival scene for 20 years now and is the biggest art and music festival of Carinthia, the southernmost federal state of Austria. 2017 was the first year in our new location – Klagenfurt am Wörthersee. The heart of the festival was the world championship on the 3 main days – Friday 28th – Sunday 30th – with competing artists from over 54 nations in various categories, trying to impress the festival visitors and the jury with their unique and outstandingly creative designs. The WB-Production Team was 9 month bussy and can now look back on a fantastic and successful anniversary. We are now busy already with the next edition and want to connect even more with cultural departments and various art groups in the city of Klagenfurt.

April 2017 was a very successful month for our WB Production team. Many amazing activities and events were held in the past weeks. The beginning of April started with the second edition of The French Bodypainting Awards in Paris. The trade show organizer Les Nouvelles Esthetiques were thrilled about the artwork put on stage. The Body Art Festival in Serbia sanctioned by the WBA continued our creative month.

Another highlight was the “Bodypainting Trophy” within the Beauty Forum series in Germany. WB Production established this important program for the trade show already in 2010. Fabulous artists’ works and unforgettable performances made this month exceptional.

We are very happy with the result of our very successful project for the Carnival in Rio 2017 after an intense preparation period since December.

Our client, the school G.R.E.S. Paraíso do Tuiuti with Choreographer Jaime Arôxa believed in the vision of creating a bodypainting illusion with the wonderful samba dancers. WB-Production Artist Johannes Stoetter created with a team an Ara Parrot out of 11 people. They performed for the big parade on the 700m long Sambódromo da Marquês de Sapucaí of Rio de Janeiro in front of 90.000 spectators and millions of viewers in front of the TV.
